What is acupuncture:
Acupuncture is a gentle, evidence-informed therapy that uses ultra-fine, sterile needles at specific points to nudge your body’s own healing systems. Treatments can calm the nervous system, ease pain, improve circulation, and support better sleep and digestion. When delivered by a licensed practitioner, side effects are usually minimal.
Why more people are choosing acupuncture
Drug-free relief: A growing number of people want effective options that don’t rely on long-term pain medication.
Backed by research: Modern studies and clinical guidelines increasingly recommend acupuncture for issues like musculoskeletal pain, headaches/migraines, and nausea.
Whole-person care: Sessions are relaxing, reduce stress, and fit well alongside physiotherapy, massage, or standard medical care.
Easier access: More clinics (including ours!) offer acupuncture with transparent pricing and simple online booking.

I’m Holly and I’m a qualified, 1st class Acupuncture graduate from ICOM (International College of Oriental Medicine). I am also a member of the British Acupuncture Council.
As well as The Acupuncture Faculty, I work as an Acupuncturist at Olive Tree Cancer Support at Crawley Hospital and The Fertility Suite in Oxted, Surrey.
I am an advocate of integrative medicine, which blends the best of conventional healthcare with evidence-informed complementary therapies, such as acupuncture. I recognise the benefits and limitations of the various types of medicine and believe that integration allows a more holistic approach with better long term results for health and wellbeing.
