Initial Acupuncture Appointment: £95 - 0xted / £120 - London

Our Initial Acupuncture Appointment is a deep dive into your overall wellbeing.

This 75–90 minute session includes a full health consultation, where we take the time to understand your unique story. We explore your medical history, lifestyle, emotional health, sleep, digestion, energy levels, and more to build a complete picture of your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) alongside modern health insights, we conduct a comprehensive diagnostic assessment. This includes tongue and pulse analysis, body constitution evaluation, and a discussion of your health goals and concerns.

Following your consultation, you will receive your first personalised acupuncture treatment, tailored to support your body's natural healing processes and bring your system into balance.

Whether you're seeking support for a specific condition or looking to improve overall vitality, this initial appointment sets the foundation for a thoughtful, customised treatment plan.
